Daniela Marshall

I was born and raised in Italy. I moved to San Diego in 1985. Like many other people tired of dealing with cold, rain, fog and snow I decided to come to San Diego because of the year around mild weather. Being accustomed to art, theater and music I was pleased to discover that the area had a lot to offer to art lovers like me. I later moved from the city to the North County coastal where I discovered gorgeous beaches, stunning views and friendly people.Where else would I be able to walk at the beach with my dogs 365 days a year and be in the desert, the mountains or Mexico in a short drive?

 

Since 1989 I have had the privilege of assisting my clients (buyers and sellers) their families and friends in finding their dream home  or a great investment property in San Diego county. I have chosen to be a Realtor simply because I love houses and buildings; there is nothing more exciting to me that finding the perfect home where my clients can be happy and enjoy a great quality of life. Having being involved in real estate for most of my life and in two continents, I am very aware that a house is also a financial investment to be carefully considered and subject to the peeks and valleys of the economic cycles. I keep myself constantly informed of the financial and economic markets in the US and abroad; nowadays the purchasing or selling of a home and the increase or decrease of its value creates a ripple effect felt locally and throughout the world.

The current "buyer's market", combined with very low interest rates, offers great  opportunities to buy homes at great prices; investment properties with "positive cash flow" are finally a reality.
