Daniela Marshall

I was born and raised in Italy. I moved to San Diego in 1985. Like many other people tired of dealing with cold, rain, fog and snow I decided to come to San Diego because of the year around mild weather.

 

Since 1989 I have had the privilege of assisting my clients (buyers and sellers) their families and friends in finding their dream home  or a great investment property in San Diego county. I love homes and I love being a Realtor; there is nothing more exciting to me than finding the perfect home where my clients can be happy and enjoy a great quality of life. I am also aware that a house is a financial investment to be carefully considered and subject to the peeks and valleys of the economical cycles. Because of this, I keep myself constantly informed of the financial and real estate markets in the US and abroad; even if real estate is effected by local factors, the increase/decrease of its value or of the mortgage interest rates, creates a ripple effect throughout the world.

The current "buyer's market", combined with very low interest rates, offers great  opportunities to buy homes at great prices or investment properties with "positive cash flow".
